   Thank you for your prompt and accurate diagnosis of the issue with my car. I appreciated the £25 charge for the diagnosis, even though I didn’t expect it to be free and wasn't informed that it could potentially be deducted from the repair bill. Unfortunately, I was unable to authorise the repair with your shop. I found the estimated bill of £365, including VAT, for fitting the only part needed—available for £75 including VAT—and which should not have taken more than an hour to install, to be excessive. Ultimately, I had the repair completed elsewhere for £185, including VAT.

   I have used Mosslea MOT for years they have taken care of all (3) of my cars over a span of 16 years. Every time they have worked efficiently, effectively and done their best to keep the cost reasonable where possible. I trust them totally to give me an honest diagnosis and treatment plan for any car problems and this has kept all of my cars including my current car a Nissan Note in good working order for the past 16 years. I have had minor, major repairs, services both major and minor and MOTs completed at Mosslea. You can judge the success of a business by their staff retention, most of their employees have been there for years, so you get to know who's who. Mosslea are a great team of guys who know their stuff and no issue is too big or too small, if they can't fix it they know someone equally trustworthy who can. I would and have recommended Mosslea to friends and colleagues as a place to go where you will get an honest opinion on your car issues. Well done Mosslea, I pray you continue to go from strength to strength.

   Had full MOT and service, completed work on my car without my knowledge, and hit me with an extra £180 on top of my bill. No explanation why just, said it was somebody else’s decision and that he would “tell them off”! Not acceptable if you don’t have an extra £180 to spend when the work was optional! I won’t be going back and I will ensure my neighbours know not to use them!

   Really happy with this garage. Mark, Dave and all the guys are very professional. I fully trust them with my car. They do MOT’s, services, diagnostic checks. All all types of car repair. Really good communication, always advise you on work needed. Open 6 days a week. I’d recommend them to anyone.
