   We used best solicitors when purchasing our first home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As first time buyers, obviously the process was completely new to us but Stephanie Harvey and Courtney Marsden were just incredible throughout the entire process. We were constantly kept up to date with where we were during the purchase. Communication with them both was fantastic and any questions or queries we had were always replied to straight away. Due to no fault of their own, it was touch and go if we would be able to complete on the day we were originally scheduled to. Courtney was fantastic during this stressful time. She made sure she did everything she could and really fought our corner with the other company that was holding up the completion and we ended up getting the keys to our new home on the original intended date thanks to her!    They did not provide good service first solicitor left without informing me. The second solicitor would not even contact or email me everytime, I had to ring up ask for call back but didn't he would just totally ignore me. Its was off time going to best solicitors. They have not took any action at all.

   Fantastic service even after 10 months since the sale of my properties. Even though I had cancelled the insurance policies for the Properties, the insurance company have not followed my request and I had overpaid, therefore I needed proof of sale and the dates on which the properties were sold. Courtney was most obliging and produced the documentation I required in record time. My most sincere thanks and gratitude for such first class service. I am most impressed with Courtney and I hope to hear she has been rewarded for her commitment to her work and hope to hear very soon that she has been rewarded by means of a promotion, which she most certainly deserves.
