“From the first time I met Jake Mitchell at the Sheffield office he instantly but my mind at ease and set to work on both my cases straight away. I had a few issues that needed dealing with straight away, but they were picked up by Jake and his team and dealt with swiftly. “I used this company following recommendation from my mortgage advisor when buying a property that completed on Friday. The whole process from PMPL being informed took 11 weeks. I was kept informed by email or the app most of the time, and only had to chase once or twice and that was due to teams swapping my case over (I believe!).
