   Me and my partner completed on our first home purchase over the bank holiday weekend and I have to say we would not have had such a smooth, easygoing process without having Ciara handling the proceeds. Ciara was amazing from start to finish, from responding to emails within a matter of minutes, reassuring us from start to finish, to ensuring all matters were chased up as top priority.    I was appointed executor of my uncle's estate, and it was my job to arrange the sale of his house. Since Arthur Jackson handled his will, it was easiest to ask them to handle the sale. The responsibility for this seemed to pass around, and at first it was not easy to establish lines of communication. Once the issue passed to Ciara, things vastly improved - she was helpful, polite and super efficient. Emails had a quick, friendly, helpful response, often the same day. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We also were completed on moving day by 10.30 which made the whole day a stress free experience.    It is a bit steep going up to the office, though there is some on street parking close by. I am not sure whether there is customer parking at the rear carpark near to the Civic Theatre. But everything else was very satisfactory. Very competent Dawn Major and other staff members helped me draw up a will in a very professional manner. I would recomend this company.

   Every time i wanted to talk the case no one is available to talk, reception cannot book appointments or put you through so ask you to 'email' tried that method after 4 months I get the answer I was given wrong price for the work taken and case is to complicated. So took case to someone else at least we talked face to face and got answers we were looking for.
