   Awful company I am still waiting for my compensation it’s been 5 years I’ve had no updates at all everytime I call they tell me someone will contact me and they never do I get told that they are waiting on medical reports I’ve been told that for 3 years now I would advise people to never use this company I’m also starting to think their a scam and have done away with the money I have a friend who is also with them and they have done the same to her to I will be taking them further because how can you run a business like this !!! Just awful

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely terrible!! My case went on for almost 4 years and very little communication from them! They advised me to settle my case … informed me that they would reduce the fees down by 70% in-line with the other companies involved with my case but still took 25% … also as I was going through a mental illness and my Mother In Law was very poorly I think they took total advantage of my situation to get me to sign something quickly so I didn’t realise what I was signing. I am waiting for the Ombudsman to contact me regarding this case!! THEY HAVE TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR CLIENTS!! Only interested in taking YOUR money and adding to your misery!!

   Used this company and when payment was meant to be sent staff were always on holiday. I’ve been told today by someone called Liam that they only employ one member of staff who deals with this payments and he is off sick. So if he’s off sick no one gets paid out. Never seen something so unprofessional in my life. No apology, no timeframe from when I will hear anything back. Don’t use this company.

Samantha has managed to bring my case to a conclusion very quickly in the short time she has been dealing with me. Excellent company to deal with. Very much recommended.

   Had a lovely woman called Helen slack who dealt with my case for 5 years. Today marks the day of a brilliant outcome, she got my claim to its full potential all whilst without having to go to court. She has been amazing over the years, very quick to explain stuff to me and very short time between an email I’d send to when she would reply. I will miss conversing with Helen in the near future but very very very happy with my outcome. Absolutely amazing!
