   I have recently instructed Liam at Jones and Co Harworth to resolve a tenancy dispute. He is incredibly knowledgable and deals with matters quickly, professionally and with his clients best interests at heart. We have been trying to remove the tenant for over 8 months via our agency with no luck. As soon as Liam was instructed, letters were written and the tenant vacated the property before the move out date. Very reasonable with prices and would 100% use again. Thanks again Liam

   Have recently used Jones & Co, Harworth for a tenancy dispute. I had tried to navigate the process of Section 21 eviction notice, possession order, attending court etc by myself in order to save money, not a good idea. I was given 2 weeks to rectify my mistakes by the judge which apparently was very lenient. Liam Bawden quickly understood where we were at and what we needed to do, and within weeks and the next court hearing we got the result which was needed. Very efficient. Great service.

   I had an issue with a vehicle purchase, so I contacted Jones and Co and was put onto a Liam Bawden to help resolve. He assured me that after a letter was drawn up raising my concerns he would get the result I was looking for. He charged £585 for a 3 page letter that achieved zero on my behalf. I was dubious of having this work done as I didn't know exactly where I stood with the matter, but he talked me into it and then failed miserably to do anything other than line his own pocket.

   I cannot recommend Liam Bawden @ Jones and Co enough. 18 months ago I was faced with a horrendous issue. One that I was not only completely out of my depth with, but one that I would not wish on anyone. I was put in contact with Liam through an old school friend and I am incredibly grateful I was, thank you Josh. I've called Liam and rambled, cried and been in an emotional state on numerous occasions and have always been met with clear advice and most of all kindness. My thoughts were considered at every decision and I was informed where I could complete tasks myself to avoid incurring an additional cost. Liam's assistant Ross has also been incredible and even went out of his way to my ill witnesses house to obtain a signature to avoid a delay. I am absolutely certain that both Liam and Ross did all they could to support my case which is what led to a positive outcome. Liam and Ross; thank you from me, my family and my dad.
