   My husband and I have just completed on our first home purchase. The advice that we have received from David Blunden at MAB Sheffield has been indispensable. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond. Even when we weren't sure we were in a position to purchase, David was great at talking through our options and explaining what we'd be likely to be able to borrow. David advised us about so much more than just our mortgage and assisted us with questions we had about the buying process, surveys and so on. He has been exceedingly responsive to emails and calls and always took the time to speak to us. Not once did David push products on us that we didn't need or try to convince us to use companies that they would get a commission for - he was always exceedingly fair. The mortgage offer we received was better than we hoped for, considering we didn't have fantastic credit, and having such a good mortgage broker has been invaluable. We have been very lucky that our whole process of buying a house has been very smooth-sailing. A massive thank you to David for his part in that - we cannot recommend David and MAB Sheffield enough.

   Really fantastic service. My husband and I are first time buyers, Frances our advisor was super responsive, walked us through everything step by step. I honestly can't imagine that we would have been able to obtain the mortgage we got at the rate that we got in the time that we got it without her help. The cost of the service is so reasonable as well, likely a fraction of what we would have spent had we tried to go on our own.
