The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have always responded to my requests promptly, sometimes within minutes of sending an e-mail. If you are on benefits and have been refused by the High Street Banks(who sometimes charge you to handle YOUR money), Credit Union is a much better alternative - they've helped me improve my credit score. I do not work there or have any affiliation - they helped me when no-one else would - thanks guys EDIT - 2021 I'm not sure if they have interest rates are even that high anymore. But still offer good service.”
