   Joe and Lilly were absolutely superb before, during and after our house sale and purchase! I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone! Joe was incredibly patient, working with me to model different scenarios to help me budget for the new house, found me a package I was really happy with and managed to drop everything to get my mortgage application in before the dreaded interest rates flew up. Without Joe's help purchasing our new home would not have been possible. Joe and Lilly guided us through the process (super helpful because I'd only done it once before) so we knew what to expect. Throughout the legal process Lilly was constantly checking in with ourselves, the solicitors and estate agent to keep things moving and keeping everyone informed. Her approach was just fantastic. They put up with us for 14 months (yes, it really did take that long for our house purchase to go through!) and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with.
