   I was recommended Yorkshire Financial Services by a family member so when I found the house I was straight on the phone to them. The team have so much experience and knowledge, they are professional and always at hand to help if you need it (which I did quite often, been a little clueless on the process and all that). Everything was always explained to me, I was always kept up to date with what was happening, I was constantly reassured (I’m a bit of a worrier). The customer care is just exceptional. I would like to give a special mention to Mark, Craig and Lianne who were there with me through the entire process. You have a truly remarkable team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

   Me and my partner bought our first home recently, and I can't imagine going through the process without Mark and the rest of the team at Yorkshire Financial Services. They were there for us before we were even looking at houses, when we had questions, and gave us great advice. They made time for us even though you could tell they were very busy, and made us feel valued. The way they explained and supported us through the complicated, nerve-racking process of buying was invaluable, through the ups and downs; they replied really quickly to any query and were always friendly. All the way up to the end we would talk regularly and they would contact us for regular updates; there was never a moment where I didn't understand what was happening. They were always so friendly as well, it never felt like we were talking to a robot; they were just as excited as we were about buying our first home. I'm so happy that such a special moment, buying our first home together, went relatively smoothly and (almost!) stress free, and a huge majority of that was down to the team here; I genuinely couldn't imagine doing this process without them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for all your support, answering late night emails, squeezing in 5 minute calls to answer questions, and for explaining everything in a way that made sense. I literally cannot recommend them enough!!!!

   Just want to say a massive thank you to Mark and Corrine for all of your continued support and help!! We was recommended Mark by 2 family members that said I had to go with Mark for my mortgage as they couldn’t recommend him enough. As a first time buyer, getting a mortgage was the most daunting part. Me and my partner went to Mark with the hope of being able to afford my dream home, not even thinking it was possible! Of course, we went around and had a second opinion from another mortgage broker. The lends advised were both similar, but you could tell that Mark was one step ahead and went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help. It was no question about it who we would go for. We went for mortgage during the peak of interest rates and even though interest rates were high, we were assured that we could afford our home. Plus, a massive bonus was that Mark was able to save us money on monthly payments !! Corrine has kept us updated all the way through, letting us know what is happening and you could tell how excited she was for us! Every time we had a question, we went to Mark or Corrine. Even when they were busy Ethan passed on the message and they rang us back the moment they were free. Thank you so much for your help throughout this whole process! I will definitely be recommending Yorkshire financial Services and Mark to anyone who is wanting a mortgage and 100% will be back for my remortgage. See you in 5 years!
