   I don’t trust this company. I applied for a loan which got approved online. I got contacted by them the next working day for further information which I gave them. I was again told everything looks fine and loan can be paid that day. Just before I got off the phone, the representative told me they’ve sent me a link to give them access to my account and also send them my ID which I did.i did not hear back from them until after 3 days, they sent me an email saying they can’t offer me the loan. A loan which was approved online and again gave me the all clear on call got denied after 3 days. I feel disappointed and wouldn’t advise anyone to trust them. Do not send them your passport details even if they convince you saying everything looks fine. They have other reasons.

   Poor customer service and no body able to give me straight answer was told by three of their employees I have over paid only to find out that they did not take the last 14 pence off the loan. Manager never got back to me when I was told. Iv had to chase them up for a week now

   Excellent experience with this company. I had bad credit and needed help with a emergency. Yes the interest is a bit high, as a company I think it's reasonable if you have bad credit plus it's a credit builder.
