   Absolutely fantastic team. Following an accident it was difficult to know who best to contact. Luckily enough a quick google search landed me with ASD. I was offered a home visit by one of the solicitors Grace Newbold. I do not have enough words to describe Grace; it will suffice to say she is amazing, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, polite, calm, tenacious and reassuring. I was particularly very impressed by the professionalism of Grace Newbold and the company's (including senior colleagues like, Richard Meggitt) attitude that prioritises Client benefit rather than strict focus on fee deductions.    Well where do I start, I had been involved in a traumatic incident, where a building material fell on my head causing variety of symptoms. This was my first experience in using legal help. I was not reffered by anyone to ASD, it was merely through google search and their 5 star reviews. And I do not regret one part of it. My case was handled by Grace at start and then it was transferred to Richard Meggit. Grace and Richard both did a phenominal Job. Richard who spent majority of time on my case always kept me updated via email which was the quickest way for me to communicate. He always replied to my emails quickly or within 24 hours, even in out of hours office time, i was able to approach Richard and recieve a repsonse back from him straightaway. Every time I met Richard in office, he always went through a brief of where we were at and advised me on the next steps and the reasoning behind them. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a deidicated person who stuck with my case even though it was prolonged as a result of Covid and the defendant party taking their time in response. I had already recommended ASD to my family during mid case. I would not hesitate to use ASD solicitors again in future if needs be. Keep up the great work Richard!
