   Fidler and pepper were fantastic solicitors. I brought my home from persimmon and was mainly in contact with Amber or Ross and they were both great. Answered emails so quickly and reassured me through every stage. It was my first time buying a house so quite daunting but they made it so plain sailing and it felt such a breeze! The app made it so much quicker to just send a text through and someone would respond that same day. It showed you which stage you was at and a checklist of what needed to be completed. Very straight forward and I’m so grateful how great everyone was.

I was slightly apprehensive given I felt we were a few steps removed, not really the customer, and had not selected the firm ourselves. My reservations could not have been more misplaced!
