   Stay far away. Front staff are lovely, but that's where the good news ends. Initial call, paid £100. Natalie Pashley, who was a last minute substitute for Laura Christian, was 7 minutes late and didn't acknowledge that fact when they finally bothered to show up. Received a lovely package explaining their services and rights and responsibilities to us. All subsequent emails to Natalie and their supervisor Ono Okeregha were never answered. Incredibly unprofessional. Will never use their services again.

   This is the second time I receive excellent immigration advice from Sara Pino. She is professional, articulate, and listens carefully. It's is obvious to me that she knows what she's doing and understands this domain really well. After the first time using IAS and speaking to Sara, when I needed more immigration advice a couple of years later I immediately thought of her and reached out. Unsurprisingly, the quality of her service the second time around was as high as the first time. Highly recommended.

   I'm happy to give IAS a personal recommendation. I have recently been in contact with them regarding obtaining a spouse visa for my Cambodian wife. Their contact and appointment system was very easy to use and the service so far has been first class. I spoke with Sara Pino about my case and received a written summary of the discussion with additional material and advice about two hours after the conversation ended. I have therefore decided to ask IAS to represent us in pursuing our case. This matter is of such importance to my wife and I that I will only entrust it to experts. I'm extremely grateful for the help and reassurance IAS have provided thus far.

   I had the pleasure of working with Clare Dunne. Clare was always very helpful, informative, supportive and very professional. She communicated everything clearly and kept me up to date with the whole way through the process, she was always available to answer questions via email or telephone when required. I am delighted that with Clare’s help and support, my husband’s visa application was successful the first time and we both can’t thank her enough. I will mostly definitely be contacting her when it is time renew the visa :)
