I’ve been taking my car to GNR Motors for almost 5 years now. A friend of mine recommended them to me and I’m very grateful he did. They do such an incredible job, they are excellent at what they do and I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else. I know that some people are very particular over their cars and rightfully so, if you ever need a trustworthy mechanic, someone who will look after you and provide good sound advise at the same time please give GNR Motors a call. I’m not someone who leaves a google review often, in-fact it’s a rare occurrence for me, but I felt the need to do so this time because of the brilliant experience I’ve had with GNR Motors.
Been using GNR for years now Its very hard to find a good and honest mechanic nowadays who don't rip you off Best Garage in town with all the right tools for the job, from Classic cars like E30 M3's all the way to new super cars like the Mercedes G Wagon AMG, everytime I go there they never cease to amaze me on what they're working on I feel like a kid in a candy store everytime I visit 10-10
Ive known nas for years had a problem on my 2011 lexus rx450 quickly identified problem and fixed it with no hassle price compared to what i got quoted from main dealer was less than half. Exceleent job thanks a lot guys
The best place in London to bring your car. Those guys are just incredible. I highly recommend them to anybody. My little classic mini is not something they normally take on board, but they did and make it even better then it was ever before. Thank a thousand, you guys are mexhanics magics. EDITED AS GOOGLE LIMIT ONE POST PER BUSINESS Exceptional customer service once again from GNR Motors. At the beginning of the week my car wouldn't start so I called the AA. Whilst waiting for the AA to arrive I called GNR Motors to give them heads up that I may be towed to them within the hour. Explaining to Deepa what problems I was having, he advised that it was probably a dead battery and as my battery was quite new not to buy a new one if that is what AA say but instead to come along to the garage to get the battery check. When the AA arrived, it was a dead battery and they jump started my car and told me that my battery is fine, it just died due to "lack of use" and advised to drive around for 30mins. Before I could even blink the AA man was already on his way when I noticed warning messages on my dashboard indicating "operational malfunction". Rather than calling AA back and having to wait another 2 hours I took my car into GNR motors where Deepa checked my battery and corrected the "operational malfunction" warning within 30mins... to top it all off he even refilled my coolant level as it was a little low.... if that's not great customer service then I am not sure what is! Cannot recommend this garage enough. Honest, trustworthy and always trying to save you money. I have used this garage for MOT, full servicing, air conditioning and general repairs and have received professional and exceptional customer service on all occasions. After having many bad & sometimes costly experiences over the years with other garages (mainly because I'm a woman so it was assumed I do not know much about cars) I was looking for an honest, trustworthy and professional mechanic and GNR Motors have delivered on every occasion! The staff are polite, welcoming and friendly and the appointments are prompt and very convenient (early evenings and half day Saturdays) Naz and Deepa go above and beyond to not just fix the repair but to give advise, share tips and build your mechanical knowledge. I cannot see myself using another garage - highly recommend!
Excellent service provided, friendly experienced mechanics that fixed my car swiftly, also gave them my classic e30 bmw, noshad and deepa are specilst in vw bmw and merc, especially old skool they done a fabulous job on my engine. Recommend to everyone these guys are great and on point. Bravo
