I have had the pleasure of knowing Rick now for over 20 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my families personal vehicles and I only wish that I could also take my company car to Rick and his team. I recently purchased a 2nd hand vehicle and wished I'd got Rick to take a look beforehand. I quickly noticed an oil leak and wrongly self diagnosed where the leak was. Luckily Rick and Dan soon found and fixed the leaking injector seals all whilst working around my family/work commitments. The first time I took a vehicle to Rick all those years ago he correctly diagnosed a leaking exhaust manifold gasket without even lifting the bonnet! I have never been anywhere else since. A true asset to the community.
Booked my car in recently for brake pads and discs and to investigate a knocking noise on my car. Booking was nice and simple, everyone at Ricks was extremely helpful and friendly. Called me when my car was ready and even fixed the knocking noise without charging me. First time using them and I’ll definitely be going back for my cars annual service and MOT. Fully recommend

Just want to say a huge thank you to Rick and the team for fixing all the little issues on my son's car. You fixed the tailgate lock, boot release button, passenger door window switch and replaced the fuse for the cigarette lighter. My son is delighted and happily driving his new/old Fiesta. Used ricks car care for a number of years. My engine fault light came on in my car, I phoned and explained we was using it for holiday in 2 days.
