K and Adam were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and engaging from the moment we arrived. We travelled up from London for a friend to experience a football match, and they made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The wheelchair accessibility was excellent, which made everything even easier and added to the comfort of the day. The atmosphere was brilliant β€” great energy, great music, and an overall welcoming vibe. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Great bar, the music is top notch and the beer is lovely. The staff are fantastic, super smiley - especially Caity. Went out of her way to make sure we had the best night! Will surely be returning. :)

Every night in the Northern Quarter ends up at The Freemount. The vibes are impeccable. The live music creates an atmosphere you just give into and always have the best night. Drinks are reasonable and it never takes too long to get served. The staff add to the friendly atmosphere. Reliably busy and vibey on weeknights too

Great atmosphere, great music, all in general great place. Christian the bartender had excellent customer service and made me feel extremely welcome. Special mention to the bouncer too who were very professional and very friendly and giving that vibe when you’re not to feel intimidated by them. Great bar⭐️

Out and about in Manchester with Albrecht. Have not been in this non real ale pub in many years but fancied a pint of Guinness. A very good choice. Albrecht had a pint of Estrella. Β£12.20 for the two pints. A one room pub taken back to the bare brick. A small rear outdoor area. Impressive spirit collection. Very friendly staff. The toucan murals take me back 60 years; we had metal trays with the Guinness toucans when I was a lad. ( sister still has them!) They do have live music. Pipped music was pretty damn good.

Lovely pub in the center of NQ. Perfect for a drink after work, the live performance was an excellent add on the night

Red headed bar tender is the absolute best so friendly , and helpful absolutely deserves a raise. The rest of the bar staff were okay but no where near as quick. Venue was nice but was my visit was absolutely made by the red headed bar tender. Xx

Good looking venue, I wasn’t here when there was live music but I imagine the atmosphere would be good. I would rate it higher , however I found the barman to be rude and blunt when I asked for a suggestion of a whiskey with no queue behind me. I work minimum wage at a student bar and even I can find the time and effort to read through the bottles to the customers. Also I found it to be rather expensive (Β£20), especially considering I only ordered two average spirits and mixers.
