   I bought a car back in June. The car being a mercedes benz e220d coupe had no issues with a car up until about 3 weeks ago. Then all of a sudden, I had a add blue problem. Thankfully, I took out warranty for a year when buying the car phoned Many garages didn't want to deal with warranty companies. And the ones that did said I had to pay for the job to be done and then claim the money back off the warranty company. So I phoned the place I bought the car from they told me to get in touch with prestige. Phone prestige up. Explained to them what was going on with my car. I said I had warranty. Nick said, bring the car, down we will diagnose it. And if the problem is covered by the warranty, leave it with me, we will take care of everything, he said. So I did the next thing I get a call from Nick. Saying the warranty company are paying for the Job, he ordered the part. Gave me a date when the part will be there. So I could bring my car down to get done. No question was too much that I had to ask and believe me, I had plenty to ask, no call was too much and believed me. I called plenty. A massive thanks to Nick, and he's crew i can't complement this garage enough.

   I’ve been dealing with Prestige Vehicle Repairs for a number of years now, and they are by far the most honest and reliable team I’ve ever come across. My car had been taken to several mechanics closer to home for months with no solution, but Prestige found the problem in just three days and fixed it. They always get to the bottom of every issue, just like they have with past problems on my car. I won’t be wasting my time anywhere else, highly recommended!

   Took my car to Nick for a fault diagnosis and software update. He not only found and fixed the issue quickly, but also went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things I didn’t even ask for. Super professional, honest, and clearly knows his stuff. The price was way better than what a dealership would’ve charged me – and honestly, the quality of work was even better. Can’t recommend him enough. Nick is definitely my go-to mechanic from now on!

   Took my car to Prestige after being given the run around by another garage. In comparison, Prestige identified the problem quickly and got it fixed. It's a popular garage so it took a while to get a free slot to take my car in. But worth it if the job gets done well and my car has been running fine since.    I was in desperate need of a new headlight and I was advised to go to Prestige Vehicle Repairs (as I was away from home & my usual trusted mechanic). The service I received was excellent and so accommodating, particularly as I had an urgency to get back to Lakeside where I was running the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Shop. Such was the kindness and helpfulness of Nick & the boys, I felt I should ‘pay forward’ the kindness shown to me by the Prestige team, so I made a voluntary donation to the Poppy Appeal in their honour.    I had multiple the alarming issues with incredibly little time to get it sorted, however, as soon as i called Prestige, they reassured me that my issue would be seen to as quickly as possible and they did just that! A job that could’ve taken a couple of days only took 1 night and this includes the process of ordering genuine parts from BMW. I have never experienced a garage work as fast and as precisely as they did. They took my time situation as serious as I did and ensured that my car would safely get back on the road in the shortest amount of time possible. Additionally, they kept me up to date every step of the way, which is something everyone who cares about the safety of their vehicle would want. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and repair.
