I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make. “I stopped at Halfords Lakeside, the team there were amazing so helpful and so professional. There was light on my dashboard indicating low tyre pressure, a young gentleman helped me select the right tyre pressure unit, his advice was unbiased and client focus. After this Luke gave my car a check up, filled up the screen wash, topped up the oil as well as checking the air pressure for the tyres. Great Team cannot praise them enough.”

This garage is 110% in every way, total professionalism, in all my years I've never had a experience like it, I come over this garage when I was goggling some1 who could do a range rover chain replacement, well.i made the call and it was answered by Patya, a very knowledgeable lady, immediately I felt comfortable, why? Instincts, the car was booked immediately, i was told it will be two week maximum, I personally delivered the car even though it was 2 hrs away two weeks after im so happy I did , I run a small car sales of 28 cars and ive never ever seen such professionalism, calling the mechanics is a insult' these guy are top notch engineers and what they dont know is not worth knowing, i seen these people working in an Immaculate garage / Immaculate working clothes, How can these people not get oily?
