    DO NOT GO HERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!! IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD! The first time my husband brought his car here, they charged for a genuine BMW part, but when the problem reoccurred we later discovered that the part was not genuine. They did take responsibility & rectified the issue. Our biggest mistake was trusting them enough to give them repeat business!! The second encounter was even worse!! They tried to charge my husband over Β£3200 for a new exhaust manifold & turbo. We decided not to go ahead, but they insisted on payment of over Β£700 for the diagnostics. We then took the car to a trusted mechanic who detected none of this on their diagnostics. They fixed it for Β£200 by simply changing the coil packs. The car has been driving well ever since!! Advanced tried to delete their original diagnostics and also made any excuse to keep our money. I would really hate for anyone else to go through this kind of stress in this cost of living crisis. Please find another garage & speak to people in the area who will know if they’re cowboys or not!

    Major service undertaken, staff very friendly and efficient, better value than using a company like Halfords and advised on other works required in the near future without putting any pressure on me to commit to using them

    We use this garage for business vehicles as well as the family motors. They keep us informed with updated the progress of vehicles. High professional and good value for money.

    Staff are knowledgeable and friendly but I am not happy with the way they document and report the servicing of car. They just put full service and MOT on the paperwork. I am afraid no car manufacturer if the car is under warranty will accept this report, they need to know item by item what parts and lubricants were used and this garage does not specify this information. For example if Bosch parts are used, it needs to be mentioned in the servicing report and Toyota refused to repair my car under warranty because they did not accept this garages service report. The car service report should be detailed like main dealers do. My washier fluid was low whilst at their garage which wasn't even topped up under major service. The problem is if you don't document these things, they will be missed.

    I'd like to thank Charleigh and the team for their excellent customer service! Charleigh did a great job working with the warranty company and kept me updated throughout the process. The mechanics did well to diagnose and solve the issues related to NOX sensor and Ad Blue.

    MOT Class 4 - FULL SERVICE From the start to finish, Advanced Service Centre provided me with superb excellent customer service, very friendly & so polite team. I have been looking for a local garage near me & I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the excellent MOT work throughout. My car was also cleaned. Their honesty & efficiency is highly appreciated & would recommend without a doubt! They are dead on time & very helpful! Special mention to Terry, Louis, Charlie, & the two gentlemen who returned my car at work. They are the only garage who provides their customers to take you home or work provided you live locally of course & if you can’t take your car to their garage due to work commitments, they are happy to collect & drop your vehicle back.     Took my car in for an interim service today. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received! So quick and efficient. They even hoovered and cleaned up the cabin inside of the car which I didn't expect. No exaggerated pricing on the advisory notes and will be taking my car back to them to go ahead with works on the advisory section of the service notes. A special mention to Joey the gentleman that served me there. Very polite, well mannered and knowledgeable.
