I would never recommend this insurance company. I was acting on behalf of my elderly father who had to cancel a UK coach holiday due to illness. I spent endless telephone hours chasing the claim. The whole claim from start to finish took 5 months. I raised a complaint which stated I would be going to the travel insurance ombudsman and also the Money Matters section of The Times Newspaper and amazingly received payment 3 days later. Think very carefully before using this company.
We had a minibus stolen in October 2021 and since I have never dealt with insurance companies before, I had expected a really long and painful process. Fortunately for us, our representative was Joanne McGinley from Wrightsure Services Ltd, she had done her utmost to speed the process up and make it smooth for us. She had always been available (office work or home office), very helpful, supportive, transparent, we had always been kept updated to know where we were in the process and her job skills, experience and knowledge had saved us thousands of pounds. Well done Joanne, thank you for all your hard work, although I hope we will never have to make a claim again, but if we do, I do hope we will have you on our side again!
