The clerk did not ring back when she said she would, this happened three times. When trying to explain this to telephonist(first contact) with your company she cut me off as she deemed my frustration as anger towards her even though I said I knew it was not her fault. Just needed to be called back on agreed time and date. Not sure I will use you again as clerical people are not reliable .this goes for my home and car insurance- along with partner who has landlord insurance with you.
I've been using this company for many years for multiple property insurance. I've never had to make a claim, but the company responds to my regular requests and I actually deal with the same human every time, not an anonymous call centre
Be very careful what you say over the phone with this company as soon as you say yes, you’re tied in to payment even if you don’t give any details and the phone cuts off, I’m now being charged £95 for insurance I never paid for, received documents for or anything. Awful company

Always used to take payment over the phone, now won't. Are charging me nearly £40 but not explaining what for. Just totally let customer service fail ar renewal time
Worst customer service, everything is Covids fault, staff working from home and not interested. Price point is excessive. Moved to NFU Mutual and so impressed . Avoid Bondlovis!
