   Absolutely fleeced us during the COVID period. Supposed to be our Brokers and act for us, but preferred to side with the Insurers and actively supported their efforts to wriggle out of their obligations. Then dispite our insistence not to ever contact us again came back every year for four years as if nothing had happened. Just retiring after 40 years in the licensed trade and I couldn't recommend any Company less. So, if your considering their 100% (pay a little extra for the peace of mind, sleep soundly in your bed at night) gold plated, all eventualities covered Insurance, I urge you to think again.

   It was an easy process with Morgan Richardson. They provided a very competitive quote and were very helpful when I phoned to talk my photographers insurance through. So far so good. The cost of cover compared to my previous provider was very good saving me over £100.00 so worth the phone call or 2 with Lynn who was very helpful and professional. THANK YOU

   Very positive experience I had with Morgan Richardson for the purchase of policy for shop insurance. Amie Plastow, who was the client advisor did a great job contacting me with the options to choose from. Amie was also very good with her follow up, taking time to explain the differences between the different types of shop insurance I can buy and the pros and cons in terms of cover. Overall, customer care was brilliant and Amie got me a better deal than current provider which made me decided to switch from current provider to Morgan Richardson.    After speaking to Lynn Butler initially she was very very thorough! She made sure that all my queries were answered and that I had the cover I needed. I was very confused as its my first time owning a salon and she was there for me every step of the way. She then emailed me a quote over and I'm not going to lie it wasn't the cheapest quote but her attitude and help made me want to go with the company. After a few more emails back and forth she then rang me again, cleared up any further questions and I accepted the policy. She's wonderful, supportive and very very professional.
