   I’d never ever want to take my car back here. Gave me a green on every section of the service booklet but an MOT failed 2 weeks later on my offside ball joints. This was a major fault..so I don’t even know how it wasnt an amber at minimum. I also paid for brake fluid and my brake fluid light came on. If there was a leak, it clearly wasn’t checked over properly or I’ve simply been done over

   Terrible service. After rescheduling my booking to a another day I had Booked my car in for new brake pads, major service and m.o.t, and was amazed to receive a call to explain my car had failed it’s mot due to brake pads and emissions, both which was booked to be repaired first. After being blackmailed for extra work I did not need I later took my car to another garage to preform the repairs and mot and was amazed to find out I did not need a new ball joint which was flagged up at the aa garage as a major fault. After saving over £250 my car had now passed its mot. I found the aa very rude and hard to communicate with.

   The prices might be the similar but the experience is so much better. Promptly seen by professional and polite staff. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Toilets were spotlessly clean. All garages should be like this.

   I went for an MOT at this centre today. I was told I'd have to wait at least an hour for it to be completed, and it was completed in this hour like they said. When I got back to the test centre I was told my car had failed it's MOT. They weren't sure if they could fix the problem until Tuesday next week; however, they went above and beyond and got it sorted out a few hours later which I am really grateful for as I was able to get my car back today. Another thing about this centre is that the price of an MOT was the cheapest price around (£39.99) which is a very good value for money. The staff were efficient, helpful and polite.

   Booked my car in for a semi-last minute MOT & service. Was contacted the day before saying there’d be a delay and possible that my car wouldn’t be back with me the same day due to another customer’s car failing, but in the end, they ended up getting it back to me by 4pm the same day. The communication overall was great, and I really appreciate the quick turn around of the service! 10/10 would recommend.

   Professional. As with all of my experiences with the AA, this Autocentre didn’t disappoint. Professionalism must be key to the training received when they recruit. Great price for my MOT, dealt with swiftly and with the usual maximum level of customer service.

   I could not be happier with the service from this outlet. My vehicle was collected and returned by a really lovely operative who also checked on a stray dog. The work was done in a timely fashion and I was kept informed throughout. Highly recommend this service.

   Booked my car in for MOT and decided to get a service done also last minute thinking, from the time I booked to the time I collected my car, I got nothing but a perfect customer service, very friendly, and had great banter.    I was recovered to this centre by the AA as they could not repair on the roadside. After looking over my vehicle was told drive belt timing belt and new diesel pump required and would take 1-2 days to repair. After 5 weeks and appalling customer service I got a second opinion as still in limp mode. My second opinion did a diagnostic test that showed a faulty pump fitted. They then refused to continue any further works as I had escalated to customer relations. I got my car back on the road by my second opinion within the 2 day original timescale. And at half the price. They accept too many vehicles for their workforce as they were advertising four different jobs at the same time
