   Completely untrustworthy. The first time I used this service it was fine, but the second time was a total disaster. There was zero transparency on pricing. It was just a flat tyre and I expected a simple repair, but the moment I contacted them they pushed aggressively for a full tyre change. As expected, once they arrived on site, they went ahead and changed the tyres anyway. They confirmed £200 by text, then without any approval charged £280. When I showed them the message, they suddenly dropped it to £240 and continued arguing and pressuring me to accept it. This is people’s hard-earned money, not something to be played with. There is a very thin line between business and cheating — and they crossed it. I genuinely felt cheated and taken advantage of. I will never use this service again and strongly warn others to stay away.

   This is about Heath DS Tyres in Dartford Shout out to Hez and Mohammed who have literally saved me from the road and police. Had a tyre pressure reading and called up, Hez answered and gave a price and offered to check the remaining tyres to make sure I was road worthy - long story short - I was bordering on giving a Christmas bonus to the traffic authority. Great customer service! Safe to say, they are now on my rodex and they’ve officially gained a marketing assistant.

   Nothing like a shredded tyre to brighten your rainy wednesday in the office. Had Mohammad arrive about 20 mins or so after I paid the deposit, who was incredible professional and very quick. Swapped my tyre round in no time at all. If I ever get a flat tyre again and in need of a quick replacement Ill get them back again.

   Great firm- really saved us at gone midnight on a dangerous dual carriageway, Amazing how many companies offer a 24 hour emergency tyre replacement and fitting call out but don’t answer their phones! This company did and we are forever grateful! Great service- highly recommend

   Suffered a blowout on two tyres, called them around 8:30pm on a Saturday night, they advised they would be there in 45-60 minutes and were there just over an over later. They changed two tyres very quickly and we were back on our way.

   Bradley was very helpful when we hit a pothole in Cambridge and we’re left stranded by the AA until gone 1am. He was friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and went over and beyond. His turn around of being able to come out to us was quick and he even said he would contact another mobile tyre fitter that would be able to get to us quicker. I’ve saved Bradley’s number and will be in touch should we ever be in need. Highly recommended.
