I ordered the gold giraffe hooks and was so delighted with them. They were bigger than I imagined, were heavy and easy to install. I loved them so much I ordered more hooks - the lions and the tigers - to hang my work clothes on for the week. I used a bare, unused part of the wall and am delighted. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the products and they are packaged really well.

I’m alway dubious about buying from a website I don’t know, however I loved the plant pots I was viewing so much I took a chance and I ordered 4 hammered metal planters. A problem with PayPal using my old address (a known problem) saw me go into panic mode at 12.30 in the morning when I saw my delivery address was incorrect on my e-mail receipt. My old address was on a busy high street so all sorts of scenarios were running through my head, the main one being it would be stolen! I quickly sent a message and followed up with a live chat the next day. Chelsi, the lady I spoke to was polite and efficient, she quickly put a stop on my order and re-direcred to my new address. The whole process took 10 minutes and her correspondence keeping me up to date was first class. My order arrived 1 day later and not only was I amazed at the quickness of the delivery, I absolutely loved my plant pots to the extent I have ordered some more along with some other things. I can highly recommend this company; professional from start to finish with lovely products.
Absolutely shocking quality goods which are obviously sent out without checking for damages, etc. I bought a large gold planter which was damaged and then re ordered a medium gold planter which was also damaged. One was a back order which meant over a period of 4 weeks I had to return two items. I spoke with customer service twice who didn’t seem bothered that they had wasted my time as I had to repackage and visit the post office TWICE to send them back. This was a huge inconvenience. ** In response to the companies reply… I’ve had NO explanation, apology via email or verbally over the phone and have saved ALL EMAILS to prove this. They most certainly did NOT ask me donate them to a charity. …. This is a lie !!!!! These people should not be telling lies as a response to reviews.
