Just had a very unpleasant purchasing experience here! No hello, no eye contact, no smiles and angry attitude from the young woman with short dark hair! Earlier, When I held open the warehouse door for her to push her trolley out there was no acknowledgment or warmth. Not recommended!
Price baiting. went into store saw all mattresses with sale prices displayed found one I like advertised at £225 with a large display only to be told this was a mistake that the offer ended 14 days ago now price is £375 and would offer it to us at £300 .I showed assistant that this was the advertised price in store but told they weren't obliged to sale for this .Going to report to Trading standards as this is clearly Price baiting and misleading
Genuinely what a wonderful experience, went in yesterday and was pulling my hair out just struggling to figure what table I need but thankfully I was saved by an absolute angel (Alex I think his name was) and now I know absolutely what I need and how to look after it. Thank you Alex, your help was so greatly appreciated. Top bloke.
Prices on the shelves don’t match prices on the till over charged by nearly £50as you can’t see the prices come on the tilluntill you get your receipt. Then when you complain that you have been overcharged you get a rude member of staff who could not care less and uncooperative.
Love this store they have some nice stuff. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money.
Very surprised and pleased with the variety and quantity of drawers in the store and at very reasonable prices. I'd tried everywhere for a tall narrow set of drawers for my craft materials without success. And then I found these. Perfect! And actually much sturdier and.well made than I expected.
Jysk has some good quality stuff and some great bargains. I like the furniture and they have a variety of retro and more modern things. Staff are helpful and you can collect large items from the back if necessary.
Not sure what to say about this shop. Had some nice things but the shop assistant couldn't even be bothered to help pack our bags especially after buying some glass vases and they didn't have anything to wrap them in.
Absolutely great products. We have heaps of stuff from JYSK. Unfortunately the service at the Gainsborough Branch was pretty appalling. Will not revisit this Branch but will definitely continue to buy JYSK from other branches.
