Placed an order for a mirror. Payment went through and came straight out of my account. Two hours later I received an email to say the item was not currently in stock but would be in 4 months, so they’ll send it then. I have emailed for cancellation and refund ASAP - item was for an interior design project therefore would never meet the deadline. What a joke. Why would you make an item available to sell if you can’t deliver it for 4 months?! I would not have purchased if this information was given alongside the item on the website. Dreadful business sense.
