   Payment went through, they then decided they had priced the item too low by accident (even the one in the window was at this price). They then said they will have to refund and wouldn’t listen to me. I should have just walked out with it, I had already paid! Extremely bad customer service! We will never set foot in that shop again!

   Disgusting service. Went in with my mum, had already paid for a piece and one of the staff came over with the rudest attitude, saying we can’t have it because they put the wrong label on. Funny how all of the labels were wrong? All of the labels were priced at the same on every one we checked - they took ages refunding, didn’t even apologise and now we have to wait multiple days for the money to come back in. Made it seem like our fault. EMPLOY BETTER STAFF!!!
