   Great place with a wide range of choices for the home. If you visit at the right time, you can find some really good deals on furniture. Staff are friendly and the store is well laid out – makes shopping easy and enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for quality and value!

   Ordered a click and collect and I arrived at 5:05pm when the store didn't close till 6pm. Got advised my order was no longer available to collect as some staff went home early so no access to the warehouse. Not great as I had arranged someone to come in a van to help me collect and I can’t collect any other day. Staff didn’t seem apologetic and were dismissive towards me when I said they should have cancelled my order if they couldn’t fulfil it.

   Feel so let down with the staff in the doncaster branch. went into branch a few weeks ago and spent over £1000 on bedroom furniture including a bed. When the bed arrived to our utter shock there were no lats with it (surely that's an integral part of the bed) my wife called the branch and was told by a rude supervisor that beds don't come with them but this wasn't explained by the young lady who took our order in store who admitted later that she wasn't trained on this. I called the office and spoke to the supervisor who told me there is no management until Monday (today is Friday) and if I want the lats they will be £30. The whole experience has left me with a very disappointing view of the company and I won't be spending another penny there which is a shame because the furnishings were very nice and the prices were competitive but I left feeling that they weren't interested in having my custom.

   Awful company Doncaster store. Terrible and rude manager and deputy manager! Wouldn’t put another penny in the store if I got given the cash for nothing! Talk down and bully staff i front of customers so imagine behind closed doors. Don’t recommend going in
