Seller keeps removing my review from ebay!!! Seller used Evri to deliver who delivered to wrong address! Parcel went missing.Seller not helpful and blamed the buyer for the loss. Seller had a legal obligation to make sure I received the parcel. Customer service from Jane was shocking! She kept referring me back to ebay instead of taking responsibility for the loss of my parcel. No refund or replacement offered. Lost out on my item, £49.99 and a days wages waiting in for the parcel.
Good furniture and customer service from Mercers Furniture. I ordered the 3 door Corona wardrobe and 3x3 low chest of draws. Jayne provided a great after sales service over email and the items were delivered in good condition by Furdeco. After assembling both items, I applied some matt furniture paint and changed the door hinges / door knobs to ornate antique brass. Happy with the result and would use Mercers again in the future. Great customer service! I had a home delivery but I wasn't in at the time the guy delivered, so he rang me, I spoke to him on the phone and said I've just finished work and that I'll be 20 mins! So he said on the phone that he'll come back after he made a few more deliveries, as he said he's gotta come back this way, He came back within 20 mins after being on the phone to him! As I wasn't sure on when I can have a day off work and having a bank holiday weekend coming up! I really appreciate your friendliness and your great customer service! *****
Thank you so much Mercer Furniture, my order 2023010404833090243576 was scheduled to arrive between Monday 9th January & Wednesday 11th January. I emailed on Wednesday evening 4th January saying that I have laryngeal cancer and have hospital appointments on the 9th & 11th January. My order came the next day 5th January.
