I’ve had quite a bit of furniture from this company and have always been really pleased, they are a great team, very helpful, go out their way to make a custom bespoke peice of furniture. I love all their furniture it has such a good look. Delivery and cost is always very fair. Good value.
Think they have gone bust, I have been emailing 4 different emails and ringing but no reply. Basically stolen our money!! Disappointing and disgusting humans!! Update I have gone through my credit card to claim my deposit back. We all have problems but to ghost a customer is disgraceful. Please read reviews on here, eBay and fb before you order from this company.
AVOID these at all costs. Told 4 to 6 weeks waiting time. Now have been waiting double that. 12 weeks and still waiting for an order to be sorted. Paid a deposit, and we are getting ignored. I've seen these reviews, but I thought they surely can't be that bad, but they are. Being nice people, we like to give people the benefit of the doubt and wish we hadn't. It's just ignorance. We were told we would have a delivery date and due to being at work they wouldn't deliver on a weekend or when I fi ish work which is around 3.30 to 4pm. Imo they are taking on more than they can chew and have given the bed we ordered to someone else and pushed us back, which is totally out of order and a shocking way to run a business. We know it was ready or why arrange a delivery date, then not bother to turn up because you couldn't be bothered to deliver at a time that suited us. The customer! and now ignoring calls and messages. I will edit this should it miraculously turn up, but I doubt it. Now we have an expensive mattress on the floor.
Very chuffed with our new very solid oak waxed double bed, looks like oak at a glance even though it's pine but its well made and a realistic price in today's market. 7 week turnaround is acceptable though Communication could be improved
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They fail to deliver, customer service is zero. If you are mad enough to risk using them, use visa so you can get your money back when they let you down. and fail to contact you. An absolute disgrace and only one star as wouldnt let me put a minus rating!!
We ordered our bespoke bed a year ago via eBay and still haven’t received the drawers to go with it. They weren’t sent with the initial delivery. Then 8 drawers were delivered, our bed only has 6 and all 8 were the wrong size. A year on we are still waiting to receive our drawers and are really struggling to get any contact or response from them. It’s really upsetting as we had the bed especially made for our extension bedroom. We just need the drawers for it to be complete. Do not touch this company if you have any other options.
AVOID! The work is good quality but made to completely the wrong dimensions. Purchased (and refunded) through Ebay. Before sales communication fine but don't be fooled - after-sales communication non-existent. NOTE THAT THE BUSINESS APPEARS TO BE OWNED BY COLIN JAKES - AND LO AND BEHOLD, A COLIN JAKES HAS LEFT A 5 STAR REVIEW BELOW. As someone else has said, bunch of cowboys.
Great family firm. Will make anything you want or need in wood furniture. Both Lisa, Colin and the team always pull every stop out to ensure you get exactly what you asked for. There kit is every bit as good as the old indigo product. Always use them without hesitation.
