   Absolutely shocking service. Myself and another customer waited over 2.5 hours just to have one tyre fitted. Meanwhile, three staff members were walking around vaping or sitting on their phones instead of working. There was barely any work being done on the few cars that were there. There is nothing “kwik” about this service — the garage might as well be called “Slow 2.5 Hours Fit.” I won’t be using this place again.

   Worst experience to get just one tyre changed. Just the one tyre. Had an appointment booked. 2 hours later the tyre was changed. Made my wife and son wait. No communication, no apology. Just "I'm busy". Then why call us at a fixed time? All the paperwork was approved in advance by leasing company. To make it worse, other people were served ahead of us. Shame on Desmond and his team. Avoid these guys. There are better, more honest fitters elsewhere.

   I took my car in on a Monday for a brake pad change but they found another issue with it, they rang Nissan to get a replacement part but was told it would take 8 weeks. They then rang around for hours trying to source a replacement from another source and managed to find one and I drove out on the Wednesday. The staff were incredible at getting my car back to me so quickly and had fantastic communication the entire time.

   Great service as always from Connor and staff at Amersham. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, will always do everything he can to sort out any problem. New brake pads and discs ordered in and fitted in a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price.

   Worried about my car and various lights that had come on also concerned the battery was low and needed to be replaced. A young chap called Mark came and tested my battery and gave it a thorough going over and put my mind at ease. On a freezing cold day like today he went way beyond what I had expected. There is no hard sell on a battery that I didn’t need just sound advice to give the car a good hours driving to build the battery charge up. Well done team and thank you Mark.

   Went to have my VW golf air conditioning re-gassed. Great customer service from the manager Connor. He booked my car in quickly, did the job and gave me reassurances that if there were any issues, I would get a full refund. Will definitely be going back for the annual MOT.

I have been using Kwik Fit Amersham for years for everything to do with my car and never had a problem with the service provided!! The manager Connor is especially polite and efficient.
