This garage is awesome, owners are polite and cheerful; they do a good honest job at a decent rate. They call you within a good time to let you know the car is ready- I can not fault this business- long may they continue

Used this garage a few times from MOT or radiator part etc. Work has always been carried out as promise they always phone to confirm price always got my car back to me in time more than o can say for other garages
I have been going to M G S for many years now and have always found them to be excellent. Straight and honest chaps with great skills and equipment. Today was MOT day and thankfully all was well; I had been slightly worried about a tiny clunking I could feel under the front when doing slow manoeuvres. Luckily it was just a loosened under-engine tray which they sorted no problem; would have been easy to make out it was something else more serious (and some places really do that kind of thing) but these guys aren't like that. Highly recommended.
I was recommended this garage by Tickover across the road who do the jobs on my classic car I cant tackle myself. I've done my MOT here twice and the guys were very helpful. It's the best part of an hours drive in morning traffic to get here but based on my good experiences I won't be going anywhere else. Recommended. As for the previous reviewer, take this with a pinch of salt. Is he in any way qualified to make judgement on the fault he insists didn't exist before? Garages trade on reputation and dealing with customer complaints is hard enough without creating deliberate faults in your customers cars. Would you trust a man off a Google review to diagnose a fault on your car? The garage gives a quote and it's then up to him if he wants to go ahead with the job. It's not for the garage to lower a price to match what the customer wants to pay. Nothing in this world is free, if you want it for cheap be aware the parts used and care taken may not be equivalent.... I'll leave you to make up your own mind.
Awful experience. Had my rear brake pads replaced which was fine, when i left there was then suspiciously a new problem with one of my front coil springs which was not there before, they then quoted me £230 to have it fixed. I was quoted elsewhere so much cheaper so from my experience this place is just a firm of rip off merchants. Do not go here!
