The team were very helpful today , they ran diagnostics on my car to check what was triggering my check engine light to come on and were incredibly thorough in making sure it wasn't anything serious and checking for leaks , I left feeling much safer in my car. I really appreciate all of the help from the team today!

Pulled in with a puncture just before closing, in a high value car that couldn't be left on the side of the road.The boys went above and beyond to get the car back on the road and get me home. They all stayed late and after hours of trying to find the correct locking nut for this thing, they managed pull off what seemed impossible given it was long past closing time on a Saturday. Can't thank them enough. Great bunch of lads, credit to the company, absolutely saved my bacon.

I won't be using Kwik fit again. Here's my experience, make of it what you will: After calling in the morning to get an appointment for a puncture repair, I was told to pop in anytime and they'll sort it. Well, I arrived in the afternoon and waited 40 minutes and multiple people came and went before I asked how long my wait would be. At this point a member of staff looked on the system and I suddenly received a text confirming I was booked in and will be seen soon. I assumed puncture repairs were possibly just a first come system but a man arrived 30 minutes after me and was seen 5 minutes later. The member of staff informed me that they all had booked times. So I wonder why I was told to just show up when I tried to make a booking? Anyway, an hour later my tyre is being repaired and 20 minutes later I'm told the repair is done. No charge as I seemed to 'be upset and it was an apology for his colleague not explaining fully when I arrived.' Not the fact I clearly hadn't registered on the system in the first place. Apparently, calmly asking how long my wait would be constitutes 'being upset'. Upon getting into my van for work today I find that whoever fixed the tyre didn't reset the tyre pressure system on my van. So I did that this morning to find they also didn't reinflate the tyre, so I guess I'll be doing that when I finish work today and to top it off they just left my spare inside my van rather than putting it back in the space it is fixed into, so I had to ask my client if they wouldn't mind me leaving the spare in their garden as I can't use my van with a spare tyre taking up the space. 2 stars given as the tyre was repaired. But it was absolutely only a 1 star service at best.

Very fast, efficient service for MOT while you wait. Standard pricing. Waiting room a bit basic but ok and warm. Water and squash provided but I'd love to see a coffee machine there. Pleasant, courteous staff. Recommend.

My car is a classic Ford which is in VGC. The wheels are immaculate. Having previously had a poor experience at Merityre where they dented and scratched my alloy, I was worried about getting the new tyres fitted. I asked the fitter, Oktay to take extra special care which he did. The result, no damage. He was a very polite young man, as was the assistant branch manager.

Absolutely rubbish. Had appointment paid in front to change my tyres. When i arrived i found out they don't have tyres for me. They didn't want to rebook or refund on the day. They even didn't apologize.

I asked for 2 new rear tyres, balancing and wheel alignment check. 2 tyres and balancing were done but they didn't do the wheel alignment check and stated they didn't have the time when I asked them to. Being the tyres worn unevenly I specifically wanted the alignment checked so had to take my car to another tyre company for the alignment to be completed.
