The guys here are superb - I popped in the other day as I was closeby when my dashboard indicated my tyres had low pressure. They immediately catered to my car - I was in and out in 10 minutes if that!

Absolutely disgusting how I was let down for a class7 mot. I had 2 attempts in booking first was apparently system crash but they still took the money then the second was booked only to get there and be told they cant do it . I explained my truck was going away for a chassis recall the next day and still they couldn't help . Thanks to motortec they helped me big time .

Superb service from Mike at the Woodbridge Road autocentre, and Andy at the Guildford business park centre. Car was booked for tracking but the equipment had just broken so my booking was swiftly moved across to the other site. Not only did they fit me in the same day, they worked on my car as soon as I arrived. Highly recommend. Thank you to both centres!

Shocking customer service. Reception staff are incompetent despite having a booking for a new tyre (which was paid upfront) was booked for 3pm told to return after 1 hour as there was a car being done and mine was next. Went back after a hour and my car had not even been looked at or moved. Told there was another person still ahead of me so would have to wait longer. Whatβs the point in booking an appointment if they donβt keep to them. Decided to not waste any more time on such shoddy customer service. So left. Staff couldnβt care less and need training in communication as they have lost a customer. Donβt waste your money go elsewhere

I am a care worker and needed tyres - i had no appointment- was due to be at work. Liam was on the counter and helped out by doing two front tyres himself so i could get to work. He was very efficient and pleasant. Extremely good service

I went to have my tyre repaired as it had a puncture, usually I use my local garage but as it was extremely booked up and busy I thought I'd give this one a go. What an awful decision I made!!! The staff member helping me was extremely rude!!! It's not how you treat a paying customer and it looks like from other reviews I've come across online the staff need some training in how to be more courteous to customers. Very disappointing from a well known brand.

Booked online to get my tyre fitted at 4.30 that day. I was driving past so I went in to see if I could drop my car off whilst in my lunch and then pick it back up later once it was done. Amir, the manager was extremely rude and said that they don't have the tyre and he was unable to confirm whether it would be in that day or not. He was extremely rude and kept raising his voice to me and my colleague. I wouldn't recommend him at all which is a shame as I know that the other members of the team are extremely helpful. He really lets this place down.

I went for my MOT this morning, managed to book very easily online. I dropped it off and within 50 minutes it was all done and ready to go. Very efficient and Damien was beyond amazing! There was a fail on my car but he fixed it without charge! He went out of his way to give me the best experience possible and strongly recommend going here and getting an excellent service. I regret forever in my life for choosing the Halfords.They are literally damaged my car and tried to make me go back for repair which is created by them intentionally. Here is the story what they did to me with my Audi Q7 full service job. I bought an used car in a week ago to provide comfort driving for my pregnant wife and my future baby, and I wanted to have a full service to this car from expert auto mechanics. I paid 250 GBP for full service and handed over my car with perfect running condition on 08/October/2022. But these auto experts made my car leaks engine oil from Oil sump intentionally and given some estimated price for fix is around 800 GBP. On top of that, they did not replace the Air filter, but they charged me for that as part of service price, But the receipt clearly stated that they changed the Air filter. Halford manager tried to cover by giving some silly explanation by mixed up few mechanical terms in phone call which would not very easy to understand to a common user like me. It was very stressful, and I had roamed around a couple of garages on Saturday evenings and being worried until Sunday opening hours and finally, got fixed by local mechanic. The Oil was dripping because of Halfords experts intentionally missed some tiny part in the Oil sump plug. And it cost me again 200 pounds to change this Oil plug and refill the oil levels, etc. The stress I had gone through is a priceless and is not acceptable to be happen for any human being. I am not in position to fight against the big corporations like them. At least, I could spend few mins of my time to share my pain to public with hope of rescuing others from this kind of situations.
