   My daughter had this booked for her wedding venue. The staff went above and beyond to make this the happiest day of her and her brides life. Everything went like clockwork. I would like to thank everyone involved for their kindness and well wishes. I'm still in awe of such a wonderful day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of holding their wedding here.

   Really enjoyed our stay, great value, good food, would love to return. Highly recommend stay and play, nice breakfast, fast pass and early entry to parks. Free parking too at the hotel so much better value.

   Nice hotel very close to drayton manor. Perfect for a quick rest stop between theme park days. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bit of wear and tear does show around the edges, but that's to expected with such a high turnover. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Outside is a nice kids play area. Nice mix of slides, climbing frames and swings suitable for little and big kids. Restaurant is lovely. Very good for allergies. Evening service was a little slow, but good portion size and fresh food. Breakfast was busy, but the buffet was kept well stocked.

   We had a lovely stay here, the hotel was spotless and had a very calm vibe. It was super easy to check in and all the information was explained very well, even with the questions we asked. Our room was immaculate, cleaned and maintained to a high standard. It had tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar and milk in there with a good quantity of each one. The beds were super comfy. We didnt hear anyone walking around or in the neighbouring bedrooms. Checking out the following morning was super quick and easy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, all the staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a good variety of breakfast foods and also had plastic cups for children.

   A Fantastic Family Stay at Drayton Manor Hotel – With Outstanding Allergy Care! We had the most wonderful stay at Drayton Manor Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough! The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the park. What really stood out to us were the excellent facilities for children; everything is thoughtfully designed to keep little ones entertained and happy. But the true highlight of our stay was the outstanding service at the Brasserie restaurant. As someone with celiac disease, eating out can often feel stressful, but the team at the Brasserie made me feel completely at ease. The manager and our server were both incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and proactive in ensuring my meal was safe. Their care and attention to detail genuinely meant the world to me, and I left the restaurant feeling not only full but truly looked after. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of family-friendly fun and top-tier hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Drayton Manor Hotel – we’ll definitely be back

   Lovely experience, visited the park before but this was the first time we stayed at the hotel. Clean, big rooms, great customer service, friendly and very helpful staff. Reasonable prices compared to other theme parks, a lot of fun stuff to do with a lot of entertainment for kids in the evening and during breakfast. The food, both dinner and breakfast was great and sensible prices as well. Highly recommended for a fun family holiday or just a weekend out. As well a lot of meet and greet sessions with the characters from Thomas the tank engine.

   We had an amazing time at Drayton Manor Hotel for the New Years Gala Event - staff were friendly and welcoming with good service, plenty of good food and drink and the entertainment was great. The hotel was in general clean, tidy and spacious - we did come across cobwebs in the room (Top of the wardrobe) and were unable to find our TV remote but this did not impact our stay majorly. Overall I would highly recommend them - thank you for having us!

   Going to Drayton Manor is always a magical experience for our family. The service is always friendly and helpful. The new viking themed rooms are brilliant. The service in the restaurant has improved, though the vegetarian burger was not very nice for us, our children enjoyed their food. The rides in the park were excellent family fun. A great trip.

   Nice hotel, very big bedrooms and large restaurant. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety of food available....once we'd actually sourced some plates! No problem seating our group of 10. Evening meal was also lovely with friendly staff who sang happy birthday when they brought out our cake! Does exactly what you want it to for a theme park hotel!
