   Very rude behaviour from the manager and unnecessary attitude. It is very important for a business to maintain customer respect as they keep growing, Customer satisfaction doesn’t just depend on prices, but mainly on how customers feel they are treated and handled when giving you their business. I went to another shop which was significantly smaller, but their customer service was top-class.

   I go tyre alignment and my car still wasn't going straight,I go back and they tell me that I need to change something in my suspension...I go to other shop and now my car is ok,kwik fit can be good on many things (I guess) but don't go for alignment because they don't know how this work!!!

   I came in with a flat tyre and was worried I’d be asked to come back the next day. They checked it immediately and fixed it, even though it was close to closing time. I really appreciate the team for helping me on the spot so I didn’t have to return the next day.

   ⭐ 1 Star Review — Very Disappointed I went to Kiwi Fit for new front tires and a wheel alignment done by Daniel and Alon, with manager Khalil Gaibi overseeing. Right after the service, my steering wheel went off-centre, and both lane assist and traction control stopped working everything was fine before. When I went back, they refused to take any responsibility and didn’t even check properly. Now I have to pay another garage to fix the issues they caused. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend Kiwi Fit to anyone.

   I had warnings about Kwik fit but didn't listen and I needed an MOT asap, I was about 5 mins late to my MOT so they cancelled which is fair enough, promised to call me to rebook and never did so I rebooked myself. Got a call we cancelled the MOT because the oil is too low, any other garage would top you up and just charge you. As soon as I get back the guy tries to book me in for a service, why do I need a service for a bit of oil? If I didn't know any better I'd be £200+ down for a bit of oil. I service appliances for a living so I knew exactly what they were doing. Joke.

   I received 5 star service from the moment I phoned up to get a quote on an oil change and break pad and disc change. Az the manager was really clear with the work that needed to be done and kept me informed of the job while the work was being done. The whole team, Az in particular, were friendly, attentive and delivered a great service. No job is too big or too small to be completed. I will definitely be using Kwik Fit in Hayes again.

   My car had trouble starting so I took it in to Kwik Fit for a free battery check. A quick check found that I needed a new battery. I was so happy that they were able to change it while I waited. The staff in there were very friendly and helpful. Convenient and efficient in sorting out the issue. Thanks
