This was a last minute stay as I was attending a conference in Solihull and my prior arrangements got cancelled. Great room. Easy access. Close to the Solihull centre and my conference venue. Great shared kitchen. Perfect for my two nights.
Was a 3 night emergency stay and although it's not the height of luxury, it was well maintained, bed was more than comfy and the host exceptionally polite and friendly. I'd happily go back the if needed to!
Perfect for our needs. We had room 1 which had tea/coffee facilities, toiletries and fresh towels. Comfy bed and very clean. Parking was ideal right outside. Would definitely stay again.
Can't beat it for the price. Very affordable with wifi, cooking facilities and help-yourself breakfast options. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. £35 per night for an ensuite room is excellent value and you won't beat it in the local area.
NO NONSENSE ACCOMMODATION (at the right price). Clean, warm, & comfortable. (clean fresh bed linen) Great to be able to use the kitchen. Really nice town, with friendly people. would recommend ! [P.S. sorry for the late review, been a bit busy]
Great B&B with self cook facilities, no hassle booking and departing. Rooms bright and clean with free wi-fi available through out the house and easy off road parking with shops, take aways and pubs all within walking distance. Reccomended
