   Basic room, window seal broken experienced a whistling noise as well as a draft, shower was mouldy and can hear other guests in their rooms. Comfortable bed, tea, coffee, biscuits, hairdryer. Good location for the party we were attending, host very friendly was there to greet us and show us to our room. Lovely view of gardens and magnolia trees in flower.

   I stayed at Leaded Light Guest House on Match 5th 2025, travelling up from London. Helen was accommodating of me as a late arrival. Her sons were welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and my stay was quiet. I recommend Highly.

   Excellent, very clean comfortable and lovely cooked breakfast on the morning. My sister and I stayed Thursday night on our way to the stitch show at the NEC, we were even recommended a lovely Indian restaurant to visit for our evening meal. Highly recommend.

   Perfect stay and what I can describe as only a wonderful owner. Rooms were cozy, nice little bathroom and good breakfast. Me and my partner stayed here for only 1 night but felt so welcomed, Helen the owner is lovely and you can tell that she strives to cater to you and make you feel most welcome, if I were to go Birmingham again, I would definitely stay here, highly recommend!

   The owner, Helen, could not have been more welcoming. The lovely house is spotless, comfortable with character too. Some lovely examples of leaded/stained glass in the interior doors, though the outer windows are now double glazed, muffling the road outside. I had two lovely antique armchairs in my room, and my bed was both clean and comfortable. Parking for several vehicles, not only on the front paved garden, but extending to the widest pavement I've ever seen. The train station is just minutes away, an easy walk, and cost me £2.40 return into central Birmingham. (senior railcard rate). If I come back to Birmingham on more courses, I will certainly return to the home Helen is happy to share with others. Very highly recommended.
