   Very unprofessional! Had a quote 2 weeks ago for 2 beds and 2 settees. Went today to place the order and the price is completely changed. A different sales person a different price. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DON’T HAVE ANY PRICE TAGS ON ANY OF THEIR FURNITURE. We wasted over an hour last time as it took the guy over an hour to price up a sofa set, 2 beds and 2 settees. Today the answer was “ My brother is not here but we can’t do it in that price”. Wow! Why give a price when you can’t honour it? What a bunch of cowboys! The place and staff are both run down! The staff is not attentive and looks like they are forced to be there.

   Used this place quite a lot in the past. No problems. Usually excellent. Caled in to look at carpet, maybe new bed? Assistant was rude and disinterested. I asked questions. He grunted and walked away I won't be back.

   Great quality furniture, all the staff very helpful as I put my new home together, are always there to help and advise with great delivery. First class service. Buying the main items of furniture and will use them for the smaller items to give my home the show house effect.

   Excellent family run business. The guys who worker her are excellent. The reason I gave it a 4 stars was because the parking outside is council bay which you have to pay. The family sales team very good and respectful. The guys who came and fit my carpet very respectfully and hard working. The stock is good and cheap compared to other retails. Stock alway changed by season and styles. I wish I found this shop sooner. Hope this help.

   This is the WORST business to work with. They were so rude and disrespectful, they first of all REFUSED to take off their shoes on my newly laid carpet. They were then very ignorant whiles doing the job and disrespectful all round. After mounting the furniture I told them I was unhappy with how it looks. He became very aggressive and refused to take it down or give me a refund. He then gave me a FAKE number to call the manager not knowing he gave me his own number and then blocked my number from reaching them. They are the worst people to work with please don't bother doing business with them. 3,000 Pounds down the drain.
