   Horrific communication, if you see Carrie-anne answering the emails, don’t bother you’ll lose the car. Was told car was available the whole time, show up and it’s already gone way prior.

   I purchased a car from Best West Autos in April 2022 and had a horrible experience. I test drove the car and noticed the tyre pressure light was on, I queried this and was told "the car has been sitting for a long time, fill it up and it will be fine" as a single young woman, I don't know any better and believed them. This tyre has now been causing me problems for months! Pretty much as soon as I left the dealership - a warning light came on saying the right indicator bulb is out. When I went to get this changed at my local Halfords, they advised that this was an earthing problem. This repair then cost me at a car garage. The rear washing system does not work and water squirts out of the passenger footwell. The locking wheel nut was not sold with the car. All of these things should have been checked when the car was purchased but because I was a young woman on my own I feel that I have been taken advantage of. When calling the dealership and telling them of the problems I experienced at the time of them happening, I was told to go through warranty - when trying to do that, the warranty told me that the problems don't fall under their policy. When I noticed there was no locking wheel nut, I called the dealership again for them to tell me they don't remove them from the vehicle and that I should have checked. Yes I should have checked, but so should they. In this same phone call I voiced the other problems I experienced again to be told "that's impossible" so essentially being called a liar. Would not recommend this dealership at all.
