    They left the engine cover loose on my car after not fitting it properly after doing the alternator.. it then fully dropped down on the M25 and stones were hitting my engine coming back from Leighton buzzard . I was then stopped by the police because the sound was horrendous. A friend literally had to cable tie it back so I could drive . When I brought it back to BT fleet and asked for a diagnostic test and they refused and told me nothing was wrong with it!! I haven't been back since and will never go back again
