Very very happy with my 4 and my 2 and half seater sofas, excellent quality they even made the smaller on to the measurements we gave them. This is my fourth purchase from archers i wouldn't purchase from any where else, highly recommend them They were happy to remove my old sofas and put them ouside. Excellent service and quality!
Ordered around 8 weeks ago after being advised on what would suit our needs.the young man was very polite and helpful no pressure at all .It's arrived today and exceeds our expectations it's perfect .Well made and very comfortable .Bought one around 40 years ago which I loved that had about 5 or 6 since then none everatched up to Archers quality .

We placed our order and the furniture was delivered with a lot of care and professionalism as promised. We’re delighted with the sofas and especially thankful that the sofa cushions are reversible back to front and upside down. So pleased that we used Archers on recommendation from a friend. Great customer service
We were recommended Archers by a family member who had purchased sofa’s from there about 10 years ago as they had worn well. We went to Archers to get a Barker and Stonehouse pouffe recovered. We went in the showroom, the guy was very helpful and accommodating and we chose a fabric and left the pouffe with them being told it would take roughly two weeks to complete but someone will be in touch. Here is what actually happened. Two weeks passed and I’d heard nothing so I enquired, the guy who answered the phone could not tell me any details but said I would get a call back from ‘Richard’ who I assumed was the manager, when he’s back on Monday. He never called. I rang again that next week, to be told they needed a little longer and to call back in a week. One week later I called again and did get through to Richard this time, who told me they were very busy and it would be another 1-2 weeks but someone would call me to let me know when it was ready. After two weeks (they’d had the pouffe now 6 weeks) I called at a weekend to find out what was happening, the man who answered who worked in the warehouse couldn’t tell me when it would be ready as they had lost it. Furiously, I needed to speak to someone who could tell me what was happening but there was no one available that day at all so I had to wait till the Monday to get an answer. Monday came, I spoke to Richard who assured me it has been found and would be ready for collection that Saturday. Saturday came and I collected the pouffe from their showroom in Rotherham. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the experience but was just relieved to get the pouffe, which had originally cost £500, back. I was given a £25 discount ‘because it took longer than expected’ and went on my way. When I got home and inspected the pouffe it was pretty clear it wasn’t the same item, the dimensions were the same but the materials, hinges etc were all different and of a noticeably lower quality. All in all, terrible experience, terrible company I wouldn’t advise anyone go there for anything.
This is our second suite from Archers, we are thrilled with it! From the initial visit to delivery the service is exceptional. I have recommended Archers to friends and family alike.
