Good quality products at brilliant prices. Had problems with Anyvan delivery, but the customer service at JYSK was second to none, particularly Sarah Jane, and Marcus. Many other retailers should take note. A big thank you.
Interesting little find. Cheaper IKEA type fair. Lots of stuff in a small space. A bit cluttered but not enough to detract from hunting for something. Be patient though, as staff may need to go to the storeroom to collect larger items. Great choice of bedding and outdoor furniture. Staff were rushed but found time to smile and be attentive. Recommend. Great venue got money.

Fairly small store, but gives you an idea of their products. Nice accessories and furnishings too and reas priced.
Great new store with easy access from other retail parks in the vicinity ( using well laid out footpaths which avoid having to drive to each of these retail parks ). This new store is clean , and well laid out . Competitive prices and some useful products . Light and airy with stairs to access upper mezzanine. The whole experience was made great by great customer service and staff - many thanks to Jack & Paul .
Bad quality products and even worse customer service Bought out door furniture in April this year. Says store in winter months. Kept out on my patio under a furniture cover under a cover closed in seating area from April to August notice all the seat has given away contacted customer service. Will jot help me as they say it needs to be stored away under 5 degrees.. I've only used it during the summer for about 7 times.. this was over 1000. Ridiculous for outdoor furniture.. and it's not been -5 degrees .. Will not offer any resolution at all.. that's the last time I shop there.. disgusting customer service over 1000 pounds for furniture for 4 months
I love this shop and the products, and am pleased with the garden furniture we have purchased. We were served by 4 different members of staff over a few different occasions, 3 of whom were really helpful. The 4th guy though needs to brush up a lot on his customer service - he acted as if I was a nuisance, very reluctantly gave me a discount for purchasing ex-display chairs (even though I had been messed about with my original order) and was nowhere to be seen when it came to loading the chairs into the car!

Not really my type of shop, but after a chance visit a couple of years ago and a chance purchase of pillows with pretty cases, I found they sell the best pillows ever, actually not cheap but sometimes they have deals. I don't buy my pillows anywhere else now, and often recommend this store for said items. Staff are friendly and helpful.
