Edges are nicely rounded, so no sharp corners. Needed to be fairly firm with the wood screws during assembly but that just gives me confidence that the table is really solid now it's assembled. “This is now our second delivery of sofas from Ashgate after buying a good number of years ago. The sofas are great quality and low prices, getting 7 seats for just £389. Delivery £25 The delivery staff were very helpful, and resourceful, and took the utmost care by putting down protective coverings etc. Highly recommend this store for quality used and new furniture.”

“The new Range that has mostly replaced Homebase has a good variety of products and more useful day to day items and more craft items than just diy. There is still the garden centre, paint and home items so not everything is lost from being just a Homebase. Party items and toys are welcome new areas.”

“I have read the bad review below and I am sorry but as customers we are quick to jump down at issues but never praise when things go well you can down 1000 things right and not one will be mentioned don’t 10 things wrong and all ten get mentioned. So do not be put off by the bad reviews we’re human we all make mistakes from time to time. Rant over... I had our Verona corner suite and cuddle chair ordered and delivered within under a week with no issues. The gent who I spoke to through the Facebook page was very helpful and made sure we understood everything before proceeding. The delivery was on the date and time Advised and the sofa is absolutely amazing very very happy with this company not one bad word to say will be using again when we are ready for new beds. Again guys reviews are like newspapers they only want you to hear the bad to get there point across so here to 1 good review out of 1000s you should have!!!!”

“Excellent service. Ben collected our worn and a little tired looking green leather chesterfield sofa. He said it would take him a week to do. And sure enough, a week later he was arranging to deliver the sofa back to us. Our sofa now looks fabulous, like new (without the price tag!). We're really pleased with the job Ben has done. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. “Excellent service from start to finish. Darrell was amazing with the design of our main bathroom but then blew us away with the en suite - the finished result of both bathrooms is stunning. Our fitter Mark - and his wife Vicky - were exceptional. The quality and standard were above expectations . They are the reason we went for the en suite so soon as we didn’t want anyone else to do the job given the high standard. I’m sure other fitters offer a great service but we didn’t want anyone else! Customer service throughout has been great. Highly recommend this company.”

“Wow! Outstanding quality furniture. Order placed on the 9th June and delivered on the 7th July. All staff spoken to in this time were lovely including on delivery. My partner was home to receive the delivery and was more than impressed by the service received. He was shown how to assemble the bed and given advice for treatment etc. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use again ourselves. Update: purchased matching bedsides and again delighted as above. Delivered within 3 weeks too.”
