   I am totally disgusted at the customer services I have received, and the manager Adam has been so rude! Very unhelpful, had a sofa delivered by someone who swore at us after we asked them to move the sofa out the puddle they had put it in, once we unpacked it realised it wasn't for us so asked to exchange the same day it was delivered for the manager to drag his heels and now say no! I am so upset I have a sofa I don't like and is uncomfortable!

   I have read the bad review below and I am sorry but as customers we are quick to jump down at issues but never praise when things go well you can down 1000 things right and not one will be mentioned don’t 10 things wrong and all ten get mentioned. So do not be put off by the bad reviews we’re human we all make mistakes from time to time. Rant over... I had our Verona corner suite and cuddle chair ordered and delivered within under a week with no issues. The gent who I spoke to through the Facebook page was very helpful and made sure we understood everything before proceeding. The delivery was on the date and time Advised and the sofa is absolutely amazing very very happy with this company not one bad word to say will be using again when we are ready for new beds. Again guys reviews are like newspapers they only want you to hear the bad to get there point across so here to 1 good review out of 1000s you should have!!!!

   Bought a sofa over a month ago from this company and when delivered was ripped wrong cushions for sofa wrong sofa fittings as won't go together have tried on many occasions to contact them for a replacement section and right cushions but no reply from any one even have email address for them and they do not exist customer service is rubbish and none excistant I would not recommend this company to anyone so keep well away from them as they are a bunch of cowboys worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with and will never deal with them again. It is now October, still the same, nobody's contacted me except the finance company, which you have no alternative but to take finance through them, in order to purchase a sofa! I cancelled the direct debit as I'm NOT paying for faulty goods!

   0 STARS!! They literally mugged me off! Pushed my order date back a week and then in the delivery day which is TODAY I've had to call them 9x to be told my items are on the way from times given 1/2pm to no later than 6pm aswell as telling me they'll call me an hour before delivery which they did not! .. it's now 8pm on my delivery day I've messaged the fb and theyve read my message and ignored it!! These people are unprofessional Cowboys! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY AND WHEN OR IF MY ITEMS "FINALLY" ARRIVE IL BE TELLING THEM TO TAKE THEM BACK!
