   Absolutely fabulous service, quality sofas and chairs. Visited twice during the weekend. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. Both of these men were polite, considerate, were careful bringing the seat in, and professional. I do hope when I next order from KC Sofas I have both these men delivering my goods. In conclusion, the whole experience from the very start to the very end has been a positive one. I would highly ghky recommend KC Sofas to anyone thinking fo purchasing a new chair, sofa etc. Thank you SC Sofas.

   We have just had our suite delivered this week by 2 lovely young men Nathan and Tyler who set it up and checked the recliners were working ok. The service we have had from the first time we walked in the shop has been excellent. The staff were very helpful and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend KC Sofas.

   Absolutely amazing service. Charlie and Sam who delivered the sofa were extremely professional, friendly and skilled. They took really good care to not damage anything while bringing it in through a tight space. I can't rate them highly enough. And Gemma in the Chesterfield showroom was fantastic too. She walked us through the process of ordering and organising delivery in a very professional and friendly manner. And was in no way pushy, something that is a problem with other furniture companies. SCS and other firms should take this approach, but never will. Thank you KC Sofas, a very nice experience to deal with you. 5 stars aren't enough.

   What a refreshing change, to go into a sofa shop and be greeted by a lovely friendly and helpful young lady. No pressure selling, no breathing down your neck. There when you wanted to ask something. Another visit, extremely busy but all well managed and ordered my new sofa. Great choices great quality, great prices. Thank you Sophie Have received my sofa and chair. Delivered by super friendly and efficient Tyler and Nath. It's gorgeous, really happy with the whole experience, from visiting the shop, choosing, buying and delivery.

   We recently bought a Fantasy (Kingston grey) corner sofa from K C Sofas at Barlborough. The customer service from start to finish was first class. Anna in the shop who placed our order for us, was extremely helpful but not pushy. The sofa arrived when they said it would. The lads who delivered it (Nathan & Tyler) were lovely lads, very polite, courteous and careful. The quality is great and it cost us far less than it would have done if we had purchased it from one of the big chains. We were so impressed we have now placed another order with them.    Buying our sofa from here has been such a pleasant experience from start to finish. You don’t get hassled when walking round but are on hand to answer any questions.    So far brilliant. We went along knowing it's a family run business and they had good reviews. At the trading estates unit. You can look around, try out their stock, sit quietly imagining how it will be at home, without any sales person bothering you. Debbie just told us to take our time it's a big expense go home with the measurement think about it. Which we did. The next day we went back this time we met Anna. Exactly the same. We advised Anna of our choice and now await the delivery of our new sofa. Anna was so polite and made us at home we had a great experience. So if you are looking for a new sofa try this firm and notice the difference. Great customer awareness and care

   Had our new sofas delivered today. Absolutely fantastic service. Price was on point and the delivery guys Nathan & Tyler did a fantastic job getting it in my house and setting it up. Very professional and communicative throughout the process too which is always great. I would definitely recommend KC Sofas in a heartbeat.
