The Range - What a range indeed! Recently purchased our garden furniture here. Really impressed with it and very comfortable. Likewise purchased lots of Office materials aswell as art supplies for the little one. Great place to shop and not only that you're on the retail park so further choices all around. All in all awesome shop! Highly recommend.

One star is being too kind but that's as low as it goes. Had many issues with the Chesterfield branch. Bought a set of pans only to find that they'd been used and were covered in fat when I got home. Staff are rude and stand around chatting whilst checkouts are abandoned. Most of the products have no price displayed. HUGE queues most of the time despite few customers. Customer toilets have been closed for years. Roasting in the Summer and smells of sewage. Last time I went, the service was so bad I left my shopping at the checkout and left without paying and won't be returning. The Chesterfield store is giving The Range a bad name.

Always shop here as its my local one, now it's okay, I don't like how it feels warehousy with pallets and metal cages allover I feel like I'm zig zagging down the aisles to avoid it all, I also would appreciate a bit more pleasantries when making a sale, admittedly 3 or 4 staff members were dismantling a table and stools for me as I wanted to purchase and the manager said he would sell me the one off the shop floor as they had none left in boxes...that's fine but regardless of what I paid etc remember it was still in essence "2nd hand" customers trying it out etc etc yet I was fine with that and still paid nearly 200 quid for it, but I felt a couple of ladies were livid that they were asked to dismantle it....IT WAS A SALE and let's face it you would have had to dismantle it eventually anyway, i genuinely felt I had put on them and felt my ears burning so whether i was being talked about or not is the big question, I use the store alot as I don't like ordering offline when things are sold and shipped by other companies and I do love the range for some items, just please learn the floor staff that a sale is a sale and if u don't want to sell items that's already being built up then don't make the offer....had I drove a van then I wouldn't have needed it dismantling but majority of us come shopping in cars and a table and 4 stools don't fit unless dismantled, had u had one boxed I'd have paid for one in a box (it wouldn't have being a damn sight more comfortable than standing around feeling like ive done wrong or had the website stuck to it qualifying for free delivery I'd have ordered offline but when it tried charging me nearly 20 quid for delivery even though the item supposedly qualified for free delivery that's why I went into store....item is lovely though and those who weren't whinging about actually doing some work I appreciate what you did for me.

On the whole the shop is a bit scruffy. Leaking drainpipe right at the front of the store, broken front door, horrible toilets. But the range of product they stock is unbeatable, so still a good store to visit.

Fantastic for all your modern home decoration and designs. Me n my partner love the Christmas decorations, lights and ornaments. Definitely a place to enjoy home design shopping.

Easy parking and laid out OK. Some areas had no lights on, so made it difficult to see items. Wanted assistance as disabled lifting an item, bathroom cabinet , was told they weren't allowed due to health and safety rubbish. So poor service....

Great stores, lots of choice for all over the home and garden. Picked up some gorgeous Easter bits and seen lots for home inspiration. Staff were very helpful and polite and the store is very clean with covid barriers still at check out. Very reasonably priced throughout.
