   Marks and Spencers have always been a positive for Chesterfield! Great place to shop from food and clothes all the way through to gift ideas. Since it's relocation it's ideally situated. Highly recommended.

   Sorry to say awful service today.Yes it’s a busy period but when we were there there was just 3 people in the queue.Twice the assistant stopped to chat to a colleague and hence we got home to items missing from our shop! The lady in front of us also experienced the same issue

   Happy helpful staff, usually a meet and greet at the entrance. Well stocked food dept. Car parking can be a nighmare at peak times. Sadly no cafe which would have made it a 5 star review.

   I went to chesterfield Saturday the 26/7:25 for a bra fit something I have never done before and I was quite nervous about it .The lady introduced herself as Pam and wow what can I say she was absolutely brilliant advised me well made me feel Comfortable and so friendly I came away very happy and bought 4 bras and I am now going to go back for sports bra fitting .

   Enjoyed my shop round M&S today, the only issue was there isn't enough disabled spaces so had to park in parent and child, the parent and child spaces need to be moved and more disabled spaces put in place. Saw alot of elderly people struggling today because there wasn't enough spaces.

   Two Staff manned checkouts - one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. REALLY what were you thinking. Lots of card self service till but that really does not suit the majority of people visiting the store - or there would not be huge queues!!
